SBC Configuration * Programming:
Services provided include SIP Design - Setting up a SIP trunk from IP PBX to the SBC. Our team has recent experience with Avaya, Cisco UCM and Lync 2013, connecting each to various types/sizes of ACME Packet SBCs. Typical engagement starts with an initial information gathering meeting would include: SIP Trunking carrier, Customer's IP PBX type and version, IP addressing to be used. SBC Configuration includes establishment of ingress and egress call flows, and installing an image; and a test plan to validate configuration. Also supported are SBC image upgrades to address bug fixes or take advantage of new features.
